Cancellation Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations -
• Customers may request cancellations by notifying us in writing.

• Cancellations may incur fees based on the stage of project completion.
2. Refund Policy -
• Refunds for cancelled projects will be processed within 30 business days after mutual agreement on the refund amount.

• Refund amounts will be adjusted based on expenses incurred and work completed.
3. Force Majeure - In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), Griham reserves the right to suspend or cancel services. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Modification of Policy - Griham reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Customers will be bound by the revised terms.
